Collection Guidelines
Set-Out Times
- Place carts at curb by 7:00 AM on collection day
- Do not set out the night before (wildlife safety)
- Space carts 1 meter apart for truck access
- Ensure cart lids are fully closed
Important Notes
- Collection days shift after holidays ("add-a-day")
- Blue and black carts alternate weekly
- Glass bin collected on blue cart weeks
- Report missed pickups within 24 hours
